Dogs On The Road
Many dogs really love going for a ride in the RV. Whether they ride shotgun on the dash or find a comfy spot to curl up on the carpet, your best pal is ready to ride like the wind to be free again.
According to Cars.com, nearly a quarter of all pet owners, and over half of all RV owners travel with their pet more than 20 times a year.
Whether it's a weekend outing or a trip across the continent, keeping your best friend close by is a top priority for many RVers.
At Nevada Treasure RV Resort & Spa, we love dogs! That's why we've dedicated this page to all of those Ramblin' Rovers who love living
"In the wind and on the road!"
5 Star Pet Facilities at Nevada Treasure RV Resort & Spa

While you're visiting us here at Nevada Treasure RV Resort & Spa, be sure to stop by the Clubhouse and have your pet's photo taken so we can plaster his or her mug here on the site!

Tip ~ Before traveling, get a current copy of your dog's medical and vaccination records to take on your trip. These records can literally be a lifesaver if he gets sick or injured and you have to visit a veterinarian who is unfamiliar with your dog's medical history.
There is a modern Veterinary Hospital conveniently located one-half mile north of Nevada Treasure RV Resort & Spa.

Tip ~ Must-bring items include: Favorite toys, food and water bowls, Bed, blankets, and towels. Collar with identification and license tags, which should never be removed. Contact information on the ID tag must include a phone number where you can be reached while you're on the road, or the number of a trusted friend back home.

Tip ~ Measure out daily rations of dog food into individual bags and leave the oversized bag of food at home. Bring along an extra leash and collar. If one should get lost, you won't have to scramble to find a replacement.
